The serene pool area provided a lovely retreat after days of exploration.

We were exhausted after a sleepless night dealing with disruptive noise coming from the penthouse.

Stayed for 3 days and did not want to leave there, I can't wait to go back. The employees were amazingly kind and exceptional all the time. The stay was quite comfortable because of the incredible and amazing location of the property.

A fitting option for a fleeting moment in Sayulita, definitely value for money. The manager was quite accommodating when I needed extra towels. Stay in a room closer to the wifi router for better connectivity.

location close enough to all the shops and restaurants were, both carricitos and muertos beach, and restaurants were. big size and immaculate rooms, nice views over the town.

Had a such wonderful stay for a great and relaxing vacation, can just recommend this place. The property was impeccably clean, featured modern design; I loved it. The room was large and gorgeous with a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets in the private bathroom. The view over the town from the window was particularly nice.

Casa de la ballena is fantastic! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach. The pool area is lovely and has plenty of seating and loungers. Senor martin and his staff made every morning special with their delicious breakfast options. The service is very nice, always ready to help with a smile.

Charming hotel, with a well-maintained outdoor swimming pool. The complimentary breakfast was a good start to each day, and the inclusion of free parking made exploring the area convenient.

It affected streaming services like Netflix. Communication with transportation providers was also crucial. We encountered some issues with a driver that we arranged ourselves, which led to a close call with missing our diving trip. For our next stay, we would definitely reach out to Martin for reliable transportation ahead of time. The serene pool area provided a lovely retreat after days of exploration. Rooms featured useful amenities such as a full-sized refrigerator and stovetop, great for anyone wishing to prepare their own meals. Despite the hiccups, the attentive service and good environment were great.
